Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders made on weekends and during the holidays are processed the next business day.
Although orders are shipped daily, please allow 2 - 3 business days for standard processing time.
Please track your orders through the local post office website. You will be able to use the tracking number provided to you through email to check the status of your orders.
Also note that it is not possible to alter your orders after they have been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled with 24-48 hours after they have been placed.
In the instance that tracking status states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your orders, please allow 3 - 5 additional business days for the delivery of your orders. If you still have not received your package by then, contact us at kaisqrd1@gmail.com. Your order will either be reshipped, or you will be provided with Store Credit.
